Tänään valmistui runkotolppien valut pienoisessa tihkusateessa. Hain rautakaupasta 15 kpl 25 kg:n kuivabetonisäkkejä ja aloin hommiin. Betoniaseman pystytin aivan observatoriotyömaan viereen, joten betonin pystyi äyskäröimään suoraan myllystä valumuotteihin Seuraavaksi on vuorossa kaivonrenkaan piikkaus hieman matalammaksi ja jalustatolpan kiinnitys (sekä täyttö hiekalla). Täytyypä myös alkaa valmistamaan kiinnityslevyjä tolppien nokkaan kuvun pyöriä varten.

Today I have completed my observatory’s frame poles castings. I have total of eight poles on circle around my permanent pier. On top of the poles I will put wheels and the 2,5 meters dome. The dome will be motorized and controlled with Digital Dome Works System. The frame will be lined with white sheet-metal.
